Billing & refunds
Same address: support@gotclawbot.com. See our Refund Policy for our 3-day refund window. Subscriptions are billed by DodoPayments as the Merchant of Record — receipts come from them.
Privacy & data requests
For account exports, deletion, or any other privacy request, email support@gotclawbot.com from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and how long.
Reporting abuse
To report a bot built on our service that's violating our Acceptable Use Policy, email support@gotclawbot.com with the subject line “Abuse report”. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Security disclosures
Found a vulnerability? Please don't post it publicly. Email support@gotclawbot.com with the subject line “Security disclosure” and details. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you to fix issues quickly.

We're a digital-only service — everything happens via email. If you need a physical address for legal notice, please email us first and we'll provide it.
Service status
Live status of our services (gateway, provisioner, DeepSeek, infrastructure) is monitored by our team. If you suspect an outage, check gotclawbot.com first; if the site loads but your bot isn't replying, email support and we'll investigate.
