Terms of Service
These are the terms under which you use GotClawBot. Please read them. By creating an account or paying for a subscription you agree to be bound by them.
1. The service
GotClawBot provides a managed AI assistant runtime for Telegram bots. You bring a Telegram bot token; we host a dedicated OpenClaw container that turns your bot into a 24/7 AI assistant powered by DeepSeek. Pricing and features are described at gotclawbot.com.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to use GotClawBot.
- Provide accurate information at signup.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Don't share access.
3. Subscription & billing
- The plan is $9.99 per month, charged in advance, auto-renewing each month until you cancel.
- Billing is processed by DodoPayments as the Merchant of Record. They are the legal seller for your subscription and issue your receipts.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
- Refunds are available within 3 days of an initial purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before any change takes effect.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of GotClawBot is bound by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation can result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
5. Your content
- Your Telegram bot token, your conversations, and any data your assistant processes are yours.
- We don't use your conversations to train models, and we don't sell or share them with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver the service (see our Privacy Policy).
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your prompts/messages strictly to deliver replies via DeepSeek.
6. Our content
The GotClawBot software, brand, design, and infrastructure are ours. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. You don't get any IP rights beyond that.
7. Limits
We enforce internal rate limits, token caps, and a monthly cost ceiling per account to prevent abuse and runaway costs. These limits are configurable; current values are published in your dashboard. Exceeding them may slow or block requests until the next billing period.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. We may briefly suspend the service for maintenance, security, or to fix problems. You can monitor live health at the admin status page if you have admin access.
9. Termination
- You can cancel your subscription anytime.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fail payment, or are used for illegal activity.
- On termination we stop your runtime and delete your account data per the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
GotClawBot is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated responses. Don't use the service for high-stakes decisions (medical, legal, financial, life-safety) without independent expert review.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use GotClawBot after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction (Saudi Arabia) unless your local law mandates otherwise. Disputes will be resolved by good-faith discussion first; if that fails, in the courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
