What does fair use mean?
The flat fee assumes typical personal use. Your dashboard shows exactly how many tokens you've used this month. If you hit ~7M tokens your bot keeps working on a slightly slower model — usually imperceptible. At ~9M we pause the bot until the next billing cycle; this is rare and affects well under 1% of users. We adjust these thresholds as costs shift; we'll always give you notice before changes.
Can I use my own API keys instead?
Not yet. Bring-your-own-key is on the roadmap for users who want to use premium models (GPT-4, Claude) on their own bill while using our infrastructure.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the month you've paid for. After that the bot is deactivated and your account data is retained for 90 days in case you come back, then deleted.
Is my chat data used for training?
No. We don't log message content beyond what's needed to route your request to the LLM provider and bill it back to you. See Privacy Policy.
