Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClawBot (the "Service"), a managed hosting service for AI-powered Telegram bots operated via gotclawbot.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ClawBot provisions and maintains a personal AI assistant that runs inside your Telegram account. You provide a Telegram bot token from BotFather; we run the backing infrastructure (LLM inference, conversation state, usage accounting) on your behalf. The Service is intended for personal and light commercial use.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@gotclawbot.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service is offered at USD $8.99 per calendar month, billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Prices may change with at least 30 days' advance notice sent to the email on file.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours;
• generate child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that facilitates violence against identifiable people;
• spam, phish, or impersonate another person or organization without their permission;
• attempt to extract model weights, bypass usage caps, or resell LLM capacity;
• circumvent our fair-use limits or cost guardrails (see § 6) through automation or multiple accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

The flat monthly fee assumes typical personal use. Your account includes a monthly token budget; approaching it triggers a slower processing lane, and exceeding it pauses your bot until the next billing cycle. Current thresholds are displayed on your dashboard and may be adjusted with notice. We may apply per-account spend caps to protect the Service from automated or anomalous traffic.

You retain ownership of the messages, files, and other content you send through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service (routing it to the LLM provider, storing usage metadata, responding to abuse-signal investigations). We do not sell your content and do not use it to train models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features, and may discontinue the Service or any part of it with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible.

The Service depends on third parties including Telegram, our LLM providers (DeepSeek, DeepInfra, Together), cloud infrastructure (Fly.io), and payment processors. Outages or policy changes at those providers may affect the Service. Using the Service means accepting your interactions with them are also governed by their respective terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you cause to be generated or distributed through the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to consumer contracts in your country of residence, or where that does not apply, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
