14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with ClawBot, email support@gotclawbot.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. The account and bot are deactivated as part of the refund.
Renewal charges
After the 14-day window, subscription charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current month. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Exceptions we will refund outside the 14-day window
- Duplicate charges caused by our billing system.
- Billed after cancellation — if you canceled but were charged for the following period.
- Extended outage — if the Service was unusable for more than 72 hours in a billing cycle due to our infrastructure, we will pro-rate the credit or refund at your choice.
- Unauthorized charge — if you discover a charge on an account you didn't create or authorize, contact support immediately.
How to request a refund
Email support@gotclawbot.com from the address on your ClawBot account, with the subject line "Refund request." Include the approximate payment date and whether you want a full or partial refund. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after that.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we will almost always resolve the issue faster than a chargeback can. Opening a chargeback before contacting support may delay the resolution and, in cases where we determine the charge was valid, may result in account suspension.
